Want to live longer? Become Curious.

Curiosity supercharges memory, slows aging, helps you learn complex topics, and can even make hostile relationships harmonious.

Curiosity acts as a powerful mental tool that lights up your brain’s reward circuits, sharpens your focus, and transforms how you experience the world.

I am a very curious person. I always have been since I was a boy.

I had a fascination for learning.

This curiosity has allowed me to enrich my time here on Earth by having many different experiences, meeting new people, traveling to different countries, living a year in Thailand, a year in Mongolia, having sex with different women, reading a vast array of books, diving into many different podcasts, youtube channels and more.

This curiosity about the world is a superpower of mine.

And I’ve recently come to learn it can help slow down aging and help you live longer.

One of my biggest goals in life is to become a great polymath and my skill of curiosity is one of the biggest contributing factors to helping me achieve my goal of becoming good at many things.

In fact, curiosity isn’t just a personality trait—it’s one of the most powerful power skills you can build for your career, driving innovation, better decision-making, and deeper empathy.

“I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious.” -Albert Einstein

Walt Disney: “We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”

“Curiosity is the engine of achievement.” -Ken Robinson

    Stay curious my friends.

  • Your Superpower Is What You Did When You Were Young

For me my superpowers when I was a boy were:

    1. Sports
    2. Athletics
    3. Movement
    4. Writing
    5. Talking
    6. Spelling
    7. Reading
    8. Speed, quickness, agility
    9. Getting answers from people wiser and smarter than me

Ironically, I use ALL my unique superpowers in my daily life and business as an adult.

Bill gates said, “The thing you do obsessively between age 13 and 18, that’s the thing you have the most chance of being world-class at.”

Going all in on my superpowers, gifts and strenghts has yielded me outsized returns and continues to do so.

Granted, I have dabbled and experimented with venturing outside my zone of genius but they often led to dead ends, banging my head against the wall and marginal success.

When I return back to my superpowers it’s like the lights turn on, everything is aligned, I have a feeling of effortlessness, momentum, fulfillment and progress.

At 37, I will continue to lean into my superpowers and achieve my wildest dreams.
